Treating hair loss can be done successfully by which you not only stop hair fall but help in re-growth too. Some ways you could have natural hair loss treatments include:

1. Incorporating Vitamins A, B, C and E is essential for good hair growth. You might ask how these vitamins are going to help. They provide sebum as well as improve blood circulation to the scalp by more oxygen absorption and collagen.

2. Importance of scalp care: Remember to massage your scalp regularly with herbal oils like olive oil, jojoba oil, amla oil. Some natural therapy like essential oils of thyme, rosemary, lavender and cedar wood, are known for their efficacy in the treatment of alopecia areata.

3. Beware of scalp abuse: Avoid using harsh chemical shampoos daily and do away with blow drying. Chemical processes like coloring as well as straightening can damage your hair and scalp. Daily hair wash with hot water depletes hair of natural oil and turn break-prone.

4. Using herbal care: Using powders of amla, shikakai, henna and ritha as shampoo and conditioner can be an effective treatment. For effective prevention of graying and hair loss, amla powder is known as a powerful anti-oxidant. If you want a thorough hair cleanser which does not rob hair of its natural oil, choose Shikakai, also know as the Fruit for hair. Use henna then which plays its role as a natural conditioner.

5. Lead a stress free life: To do this, do exercises and meditation. Remember stress initiates hair loss. Forego Smoking: Because the nicotine from the cigarettes blocks the pathway which supplies blood to the scalp and results in reduced supply of blood. To avoid damage to the scalp avoid UV rays from sun exposure.
